How to Enroll New Associates

Welcome to the Isagenix Associate Program! As your personal coach, I have created this guide to help you navigate your backoffice and to learn how to place future orders. By signing up as an associate, you have to use your own backoffice to place orders so that you qualify for the wholesale price. This tutorial will give you a step by step commentary on how to place future orders and how to place orders for people that you've signed up under yourself.

The Isagenix backoffice has been designed to make everything accessible within a few clicks. This segment will orient you on the basics of how to use your isagenix back office.

There are 7 tabs to assist you in navigating your backoffice. These tabs will assist you in managing different aspects of your isagenix back office.



The dashboard is a screen that gives you a brief glimpse of the details of each tab, including your most recent orders, your next autoship, your most recent sign up, your current rank, and your team's BV. This is very useful information to have in order to keep track of your progress with isagenix.



Let's begin by covering one of the most important aspects of using isagenix - signing up other associates. First click "enroll new associates" under the enroll category. Now you will find yourself in the tree view where you will select the position where you will enjoy your first associate.



Before you begin let's talk about positioning new associates. At isagenix we build organizations on a binary structure called the team placement tree. If this is your first time enrolling a new associate, it's important to understand you'll be placing new associates in either your left team, or your right team. Then those new associates will also have their own left team, and their right team. etc. This is why we call our plan a team compensation plan. You're in business for yourself, but never by yourself. Your upline associates can help grow your business by placing new associates underneath you and your down line associates do the same. No matter who places them underneath your position, you earn compensation.



As your organization grows, the available positions under you multiply. We recommend you keep it simple. Enroll your new associates into the bottom outside positions of you teams, and teach your new associates to do the same. This helps your organization to build efficiently and quickly, allowing you to build you financial goals faster.

To qualify for ranks such as consultant, star consultant, or executive, keep in mind that it's important to include personally enrolled active status associates on both you left and right teams. This will help you business to grow. If there are no positions available within the first few spaces in your down line, you can press bottom left, or bottom right to go directly to the next available position on the outside of you organization.

Of all of the available positions, you will notice hat the bottom outside position is noted by the phrase "sponsor new associate in this spot". Normally you will be signing up a new associate whom you have personally enrolled. In this case, click the checkbox for the default enrolling sponsor.



Now select the flag of the country where the individual lives. On the first application screen, you will see that there are 2 accounts to choose from. Most individuals whom you enroll will choose to become associates. However there is also an option to become a preferred customer.




This means that they can purchase at wholesale price but are ineligible to earn commissions until they enroll as associates. This option may not be available in all countries. Have the new enrollee enter a username and password that they will use for their own isanet backoffice.

In most countries including the united states , all associates must supply a tax ID in order to be eligible to earn commissions. An email address is particularly useful since yo can later use that email address to get news such as updates of the arrival of your package. Then you must agree to the isagenix policies and procedures.


Now statistics show that associates who enjoy in autoship right away have a much better experience with network marketing and are much more likely to succeed in business for themselves. For this reason isagenix offers a discount to new associates who enroll with autoship right away. Now fill out the initial order for the enrollee in the same way that you would fill out an average wholesale order.

Product Introduction Bonus is a special bonus paid to you as the sponsor of the associate for getting them started on an isagenix program. The PIB is paid directly to the enrolling sponsor of the new associate in their next commission. You should be aware of which product packs carry PIB bonus and encourage your new associates. to get started with them right away and to encourage their new people to do the same.

For example if the enrollee is looking to lose weight and clear their skin from unsightly stretch marks, you may want to recommend a 30 day supply of the cleansing and fat burning system, and an isadermix skin renewal system. And isagenix will reward you with a combined PIB of $40. However if this individual is also interested in becoming actively involved in the isagenix business, instead you may want to choose a presidents pack with the 30 day program and this will also include an isadermix skin renewal system as well as several other isagenix products, and your PIB is $100.

Let's return to the product catalog. Enter the number of products that the enrollees intend to purchase for themselves under wholesale quantity and press add to cart. Now you will see the item that you have ordered added to the cart, as well as a $36 enrollment fee.

You can also order extra products to sell retail. For your benefit these products will be taxed at the suggested retail price and isagenix collects and remits that sales tax to your local authorities on your behalf. Press purchase and you will be directed to the payment and shipping information screen. To save time in the future you can also save the shipping information to your profile.



That makes it easier to use this payment information for future purchases. Notice that the specific price of shipping for your order is automatically calculated for your convenience. Now press continue.

Now you will see a screen similar to the product catalog for the wholesale order that we just finished. This is the autoship setup screen.

Notice that the one different feature is an autoship date that is automatically projected to 30 days from today.
to remain active and qualified to earn commissions, you should keep this date or set a different one within 30 days from today. Now suppose that the enrollee wants to put a Total Health and Wellness pack on their autoship , this is made very simple with the quick search.



You can also change the quantities of items in your cart and press recalculate to see your new totals.



The rest of the autoship process is identical to the wholesale order, including the ability to use credit cards and shipping addresses from your wholesale orders in your autoship order.

Lastly you will review your order, and your autoship, and press process order to complete the application. The confirmation page is last and it contains some very important information for the enrollee including their associate ID number, and the total of their order.

The beautiful part about knowing the sign up form is that the construction of the sign up screens and the wholesale order and the autoship screens are the same.
