How to place an order if you are a member

As your personal coach, I have created this guide to help you navigate your backoffice and to learn how to place future orders. By signing up as an associate, you have to use your own backoffice to place orders so that you qualify for the wholesale price. This tutorial will give you a step by step commentary on how to place future orders and how to place orders for people that you've signed up under yourself.

The Isagenix backoffice has been designed to make everything accessible within a few clicks. This segment will orient you on the basics of how to use your isagenix back office.

How to place future orders

If you are like most people that have tried Isagenix products, you will fall in love with them. You will feel great, have more energy, lose weight, and experience many other benefits. So you will want to order products again.

As an associate, you now have the ability of placing future orders by yourself at your own backoffice.

To sign in to your backoffice, please visit this link:

You will need your username and password. When you signed up as an associate, you got a confirmation email that should've included your member id. This is your username. If you missplaced that email, feel free to give us a call and we can find it for you. If you do not remember your password, you can click on the following link:

An email with your password will be sent to the email account that you used when you signed up.

Once you've signed in, you will see 7 tabs that will assist you in navigating your backoffice. These tabs will help you manage different aspects of your isagenix back office.

The dashboard is a screen that gives you a brief glimpse of the details of each tab, including your most recent orders, your next autoship, your most recent sign up, your current rank, and your team's BV. This is very useful information to have in order to keep track of your progress with isagenix.

If you are not sure yet what this means, do not despair. We will talk about all of these in future emails.

To place an order, click on the link at the top that says ORDERS. You will see a screen that looks like this:

From this screen, click on PLACE WHOLESALE ORDER. Then select the destination country of the order. You are now in your personal shopping cart. From here you simply have to select what products you would like to order.

You can use the search feature on the top, or you can click on the plus arrows to expand the menus and see all the products available.

Once you finish the checkout process, you are set! Your order is on its way to being processed. You can track the status of your order by clicking on ORDERS then VIEW ALL SALES ORDERS. This should give you a tracking number in case you want to know where your package is or when it will arrive.

This may seem a lot more complicated than it really seems. It's not. I wasted a lot of time trying to figure things out for myself. It took a bit of digging but in the end I found it was all fairly straighforward. So if you are one of those people that prefer to learn things by researching, feel free to explore the backoffice, click on the library, etc. Or if you want me to just explain everything and walk you through the program step by step, I'd be happy to!
