As a retail customer, you have 30 days from the invoice date of your order to initiate a return for a refund of:

Any item(s) in the order. This is a one-time, no questions asked allowance.
Any consumable item in the order that you are trying for the first time. This applies to any order that you place. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
